We got rain! Glorious rain! It started through the night and continued til this morning. We have 2 inches in the rain gauge. I am so thankful!

I did see one post that tickled me. Arkansas is ranked #2 in the SEC…..alphabetically. Still love them though.

Not one single drop of rain today. Its so depressing.

I sure would like to check my mailbox today and find a big ol Christmas Wishbook in there.

:slightly-smiling: The postal service has some squirrels and chipmunks in snow stamps. I think those would be cute for Christmas cards. I think I'm getting these for our cards this year. https://i.postimg.cc/WdgKHkws/stamps.jpg These have that vintage/traditional Christmas look that i love so much.

To celebrate it being September and NOT 100 degrees I baked a pecan pie. I’m already looking forward to supper.

We’ve had a good Labor Day weekend. We got to spend some time with 2 of the grandkids at the wagon races. Our daughter went to Fayetteville with friends to watch the Hogs play Saturday. I don’t know how they survived the heat. Even Tusk the mascot stayed home. We watched the game on TV. I’ll always ...
